The relevance of the study is stipulated by the need to rethink traditional approaches to managing the logistics processes of an enterprise, taking into account the realities of wartime. Today, the availability of a sound logistics strategy and its successful implementation ensure not only the survival of an economic entity but also create prerequisites for its further development and strengthening of its competitive position in the market. The purpose of the article is to disclose the features of the logistics strategy as an instrument for enhancing the competitiveness of an enterprise under martial law. The scientific approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of “logistics strategy of enterprise” are generalized, its substantive characteristics are defined, and the author’s own interpretation is proposed. It is proved that the logistics strategy plays an important role in ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise in conditions of uncertainty. The expediency of using a systematic approach to its formation, which is based on the idea of integrity, interconnection, and interdependence of the logistics functions of an enterprise, is substantiated. A list of measures to ensure the effectiveness of their implementation in the long term is determined. The two main types of logistics strategies in the context of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise are considered. The list of conditions necessary for the successful implementation of the logistics strategy of the enterprise is highlighted. Recommendations for optimizing logistics processes under martial law are developed. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of enterprises to substantiate a logistics strategy aimed at ensuring competitiveness in martial law. It is concluded that the availability of a sound logistics strategy and its practical implementation allow an enterprise to effectively manage resources, minimize logistics costs, improve customer service, adapt to changes in the market, and, on this basis, increase its competitive advantages.У статті розглянуто логістичну стратегію як інструмент забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах воєнного стану. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю переосмислення традиційних підходів до управління логістичними процесами підприємства з врахуванням реалій воєнного часу. Сьогодні наявність обґрунтованої логістичної стратегії та її успішна реалізація забезпечують не лише виживання суб’єкта господарювання, а й створюють передумови для його подальшого розвитку та зміцнення конкурентних позицій на ринку. Метою статті є розкриття особливостей логістичної стратегії як інструменту підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах воєнного стану. Узагальнено наукові підходи до трактування сутності поняття «логістична стратегія підприємства», визначено його змістові характеристики та запропоновано авторське тлумачення. Доведено, що логістична стратегія відіграє важливу роль в забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах невизначеності. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання системного підходу до її формування, який ґрунтується на ідеї цілісності, взаємозв’язку та взаємозалежності логістичних функцій підприємства. Визначено перелік заходів щодо забезпечення ефективності їх реалізації у довгостроковій перспективі. Розглянуто два основних типи логістичних стратегій у контексті забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Висвітлено перелік умов необхідних для успішної реалізації логістичної стратегії підприємства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації логістичних процесів в умовах воєнного стану. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані у практичній діяльності підприємств для обґрунтування логістичної стратегії, орієнтованої на забезпечення конкурентоспроможності в умовах воєнного стану.
