The essence, objectives, and types of organizational changes are defined; the process of their implementation is characterized; and the main barriers and risks are identified. An analysis of the enterprise’s management system and organizational structure is conducted, and the need for managerial changes is substantiated. Directions for improving organizational change management are proposed, along with an implementation plan and measures for communication and staff motivation. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is assessed. The practical significance of the study lies in the applicability of the recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of change management at enterprises in the food industry.У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методологічні основи управління організаційними змінами та проаналізовано практику їх реалізації на прикладі ПрАТ «Львівський холодокомбінат». Розкрито сутність, цілі й види організаційних змін, охарактеризовано процес їх упровадження, а також визначено основні бар’єри та ризики. Проведено аналіз системи менеджменту підприємства, його організаційної структури та виявлено потребу в управлінських змінах. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення управління організаційними змінами, план їх реалізації, а також заходи з комунікації та мотивації персоналу. Оцінено ефективність запропонованих рішень.
