The author notes that in conditions of fierce competition between business structures, their survival, and successful activities largely depend on the ability of the state and state bodies to promptly prepare and accurately make sound decisions regarding the financing of individual structural units involved in the construction of specific objects, the performance of work complexes and other operations. This information must fully comply with the requirements of the regulatory legal framework. The existing legislative framework of Ukraine regulating construction financing reveals several shortcomings in funding and determining the cost of construction products. Inconsistency of legislation, regulatory documents, and instructions on financing, accounting, and financial reporting in the construction sector requires the development of effective methods for overcoming inconsistencies in the process of creating construction products. The existence a problem with the visualization of financing in the construction sector at the initial stage (costs incurred during the conclusion of the contract). Despite their significant size, they are practically impossible to include in accounting, since they have no connection with the reporting period in which the contract agreement was signed, and are not subsequently included in the costs under the contract, even if it is concluded in subsequent reporting periods.Мета статті полягає в проведенні аналізу нормативно-правових актів, які регулюють фінансування будівництва в Україні. Зазначено, що в умовах конкуренції між бізнес-структурами їхнє виживання й успішна діяльність значно залежать від здатності держави та державних органів оперативно готувати й безпомилково ухвалювати обґрунтовані рішення щодо фінансування окремих структурних підрозділів, задіяних у будівництві конкретних об’єктів, виконанні комплексів робіт та інших операціях. Ця інформація має повністю відповідати вимогам нормативно-правової бази. Існуюча законодавча база України регулювання фінансування будівництва виявляє ряд недоліків в організації фінансування й визначенні собівартості будівельної продукції. Неузгодженість законодавства, нормативних документів та інструкцій із фінансування, бухгалтерського обліку й фінансової звітності у сфері будівництва вимагає розробки ефективних методик подолання неузгоджуваностей у процесі створення будівельної продукції. Існують проблеми з візуалізацією фінансування у сфері будівництва на початковому етапі: витрати, понесені під час укладання договору.
