The relevance of the study is due to the complexity of the current economic environment, in particular, the consequences of the full-scale war in Ukraine, which led to disruption of production chains, shortage of resources, outflow of personnel and increased management risks. In such conditions, traditional approaches to optimizing business processes are not effective enough, which necessitates the need for integrated solutions of a new type. The purpose of the article is to develop a generalized approach to the formation of an integrated model for reforming business processes based on a combination of management functions, digital technologies and adaptation mechanisms to improve the efficiency of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty and limited resources. The study analyzes modern scientific approaches to process management, reengineering, digitalization, and optimization. The author's contribution is to synthesize these approaches within a single logical and structural framework that covers the coordination of planning, organization, motivation, control, and analysis functions in the context of digital transformation. Digitalization is considered as a systemic component of strategic management. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating the need for cross-functional integration of management decisions and structuring the relevant methodological tools that can ensure the adaptation of enterprises to the conditions of the crisis economy. The article proposes a conceptual model that combines strategic planning, operational adaptation and digital analytics. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approach in reorganization programs, crisis management and the development of information systems for supporting management decisions. The presented model takes into account the specifics of the functioning of Ukrainian enterprises, in particular, resource constraints, market instability and personnel risks. The conclusions of the study demonstrate the feasibility of forming multi-level integrated models of business process reform that combine analytical, organizational and technological components and meet the challenges of the modern transformational economy.У статті розглянуто концептуальні та методичні засади побудови інтегрованих моделей реформування бізнес-процесів підприємств у контексті трансформаційної економіки. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена складністю сучасного економічного середовища, зокрема наслідками повномасштабної війни в Україні, що призвела до порушення виробничих ланцюгів, дефіциту ресурсів, відтоку кадрів і зростання управлінських ризиків. У таких умовах традиційні підходи до оптимізації бізнес-процесів виявляються недостатньо ефективними, що зумовлює потребу в інтегрованих рішеннях нового типу. Метою статті є розробка узагальненого підходу до формування інтегрованої моделі реформування бізнес-процесів на основі поєднання управлінських функцій, цифрових технологій та адаптаційних механізмів задля підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств в умовах невизначеності та обмеженості ресурсів. У межах дослідження проаналізовано сучасні наукові підходи до процесного управління, реінжинірингу, цифровізації та оптимізації. Авторський внесок полягає у синтезі цих підходів у межах єдиної логіко-структурної рамки, що охоплює координацію функцій планування, організації, мотивації, контролю та аналізу в умовах цифрової трансформації. Цифровізація розглядається як системоутворювальний компонент стратегічного управління. Наукова новизна полягає в обґрунтуванні потреби міжфункціональної інтеграції управлінських рішень і структуризації відповідного методичного інструментарію, здатного забезпечити адаптацію підприємств до умов кризової економіки. У статті запропоновано концептуальну модель, яка поєднує стратегічне планування, операційну адаптацію та цифрову аналітику. Практичне значення результатів полягає в можливості застосування запропонованого підходу в програмах реорганізації, антикризового управління та розробці інформаційних систем підтримки управлінських рішень. Представлена модель враховує специфіку функціонування українських підприємств, зокрема ресурсну обмеженість, ринкову нестабільність та кадрові ризики.
