The professional ethics of notaries should be considered in the following perspectives: as a set of rules of conduct that ensure the moral and ethical nature of relations that are determined by professional notarial activities; as moral norms that regulate the relations of notaries in their work and the attitude of the notary to the performance of his professional duties; as a branch of knowledge that forms the manifestations of morality in notarial activities.The main task of the professional ethics of notaries is to identify a certain type of interpersonal moral and ethical relationships that are necessary for the performance of professional duties, as well as to formulate the tasks and goals of professional activities.Постійне спілкування нотаріуса з громадянами, які до нього звернулися, вплив на їхній внутрішній світ і в деяких випадках долю, взаємодія нотаріусів між собою та встановлення міжособистісних морально-етичних взаємовідносин зумовили створення етичних правил для нотаріусів, які становлять сутнісну основу професійної етики нотаріусів.
