С. 46-54.https://doi.org/10.32782/2312-7872.4.2025.6https://dspace.e-u.edu.ua/handle/123456789/1512The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of organizational and economic support for the innovative development of gas industry enterprises under conditions of structural economic transformations, energy security challenges, and increasing requirements for the efficiency of the fuel and energy complex. It is substantiated that the innovative development of gas enterprises is a strategic prerequisite for enhancing their competitiveness, technological modernization, reducing production costs, and ensuring the sustainable development of the industry in the long term. It is determined that organizational and economic support for innovation represents an integrated system of interrelated tools, methods, and managerial decisions aimed at creating favorable conditions for the implementation of innovations. The essence and structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of gas industry enterprises are revealed, and its main elements are outlined, including organizational support, economic incentives, financial instruments, regulatory and legal regulation, information and analytical support, and human capital. The role of state policy, sectoral programs, and corporate strategies in stimulating the innovative activity of gas enterprises is analyzed. In the course of the study, modern scientific approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scholars to the problems of innovative development of energy sector enterprises are generalized. Particular attention is paid to trends related to the digitalization of production processes, the implementation of energy-efficient and environmentally safe technologies, the development of smart infrastructure, management automation, and the use of innovative financial models. Emphasis is placed on the impact of crisis, wartime, and geopolitical factors on the functioning of the gas industry, which necessitates the formation of flexible, adaptive, and risk-oriented approaches to managing innovative development. Key problems of organizational and economic support for innovation at gas industry enterprises are identified, including the high capital intensity of innovative projects, limited investment resources, outdated organizational management structures, and an insufficient level of integration of innovative solutions into the overall development strategy of enterprises. Directions for improving organizational and economic support for innovative development are substantiated through the intensification of investment activity, the development of public–private partnerships, the introduction of modern strategic management methods, and the formation of an innovation-oriented corporate culture. It is concluded that effective organizational and economic support for innovative development is an important condition for improving the performance of gas industry enterprises, strengthening their market positions, and ensuring the energy security of the state. The obtained results can be used in the management practice of gas industry enterprises and in further scientific research on the innovative development of the energy sector.У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти організаційно-економічного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємств газової галузі в умовах структурних трансформацій економіки, енергетичної безпеки та зростання вимог до ефективності функціонування паливно-енергетичного комплексу. Обґрунтовано, що інноваційний розвиток газових підприємств є стратегічною передумовою підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності, технологічної модернізації, зниження виробничих витрат і забезпечення сталого розвитку галузі в довгостроковій перспективі. Визначено, що організаційно-економічне забезпечення інновацій виступає цілісною системою взаємопов’язаних інструментів, методів і управлінських рішень, спрямованих на формування сприятливих умов для впровадження інновацій. Розкрито сутність і структуру організаційно-економічного механізму інноваційного розвитку підприємств газової галузі, окреслено його основні елементи: організаційне забезпечення, економічні стимули, фінансові інструменти, нормативно-правове регулювання, інформаційно-аналітичну підтримку та кадровий потенціал. Проаналізовано роль державної політики, галузевих програм і корпоративних стратегій у стимулюванні інноваційної активності підприємств газової сфери. У процесі дослідження узагальнено сучасні наукові підходи українських і зарубіжних учених до проблем інноваційного розвитку підприємств енергетичного сектору. Особливу увагу приділено тенденціям, пов’язаним із цифровізацією виробничих процесів, впровадженням енергоефективних і екологічно безпечних технологій, розвитком smart-інфраструктури, автоматизацією управління та використанням інноваційних фінансових моделей. Акцентовано на впливі кризових, воєнних і геополітичних чинників на функціонування газової галузі, що зумовлює потребу у формуванні гнучких, адаптивних та ризик-орієнтованих підходів до управління інноваційним розвитком. Ідентифіковано ключові проблеми організаційно-економічного забезпечення інновацій на підприємствах газової галузі, серед яких: висока капіталомісткість інноваційних проєктів, обмеженість інвестиційних ресурсів, застарілі організаційні структури управління, недостатній рівень інтеграції інноваційних рішень у загальну стратегію розвитку підприємств. Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення організаційно-економічного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку шляхом активізації інвестиційної діяльності, розвитку державно-приватного партнерства, упровадження сучасних методів стратегічного управління та формування інноваційної культури. Зроблено висновок, що ефективне організаційно-економічне забезпечення інноваційного розвитку є важливою умовою підвищення результативності діяльності підприємств газової галузі, зміцнення їх позицій на ринку та забезпечення енергетичної безпеки держави.
