Individualization of educational trajectories and analytical quality management in a digital university as a strategy to increase the competitiveness of a graduate
(Via Economic, 2025-05-30) Bobro, Natalia; Бобро, Наталія Сергіївна
The article examines strategic approaches to the formation of individualized educational trajectories in a digital university as a mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of graduates and ensuring the quality of educational activity. The necessity of implementing a flexible model of the educational process that combines digital analytics, educational marketing, dynamic ontologies of competencies, and forecasting changes in the labor market is substantiated. The importance of harmonizing the ideas of training effectiveness between the main stakeholders – students, employers, teachers, and managers – is emphasized. The article proposes an adapted model of the “value ladder of an educational product” based on the concept of P. Kotler, which allows interpreting an educational program as a comprehensive service with an expected result, added value, and professional perspective. The role of universal competencies (soft, hard, and digital skills) as the foundation of a graduate's professional identity, regardless of the educational field, is revealed. It is proved that the digital university should act as an analytically controlled system capable of adapting educational content based on automated analysis of labor market data, in particular, based on job announcements, employment data, and starting salaries. A formula for estimating the share of employed by collective groups of specialties, considering the transition to the next level of education, is proposed, which allows a more objective assessment of the effectiveness of the university's educational policy. It is emphasized that the use of new digital approaches to monitoring the quality of education contributes to the formation of an adaptive, personalized, and transparent educational environment. In this context, a digital university should integrate tools for flexible management, educational analytics, and mechanisms for strategic communication with stakeholders to realize an innovative educational mission. It is concluded that the development of universal competencies, digital culture, and analytical infrastructure is the basis for both increasing the competitiveness of graduates and strengthening the social responsibility of the university in the digital age.
Digitalization of education in the context of the formation of a new generation university
(Ukrainian Educational Journal, 2025-06-30) Bobro, Natalia; Бобро, Наталія Сергіївна
The article analyzes the digitalization of higher education as a complex phenomenon of modern society that determines the formation of a new generation university. It is stated that digitalization is an integral part of the development of social institutions, encompassing the economy, culture, medicine, management, and, in particular, the educational sphere. Particular attention is paid to the transformational processes taking place in higher education institutions as a result of the widespread implementation of digital technologies. It is noted that digital solutions – distance education platforms, chatbots, artificial intelligence, messengers, electronic registration services, and virtual libraries – contribute to the change of pedagogical models, form new communication strategies for interaction between teachers and students. The article highlights the positive aspects of the digital transformation of education, including the flexibility of learning, personalization of educational trajectories, and optimization of educational and administrative processes. At the same time, the challenges accompanying this process are emphasized: digital inequality, technical difficulties, insufficient digital literacy of both students and teachers. Particular attention is paid to the problem of information security in the digital educational environment, which is exacerbated by the rapid expansion of digital technologies and the threat of cybercrime.Considerable attention is paid to the changing role of the teacher and the need to adapt their pedagogical practices to the modern requirements of the digital society. The emphasis is placed on the fact that a modern teacher should not only be proficient in the latest digital tools but also be able to effectively integrate them into the learning process, taking into account the specifics of digital habits and the educational needs of students. The article also examines the specifics of implementing innovative digital solutions, including the use of chatbots and artificial intelligence in the educational process, which allow automating routine processes, increasing the efficiency of information exchange, but at the same time raise a number of issues for the pedagogical community to preserve the quality of education and students’ ability to think independently. It is generalized that the digitalization of education is not just a technological update of the educational environment, but also a fundamental change in the pedagogical paradigm based on interactivity, adaptability, and continuous updating of knowledge and skills. The key priorities for the development of new generation universities, focused on sustainable development and training of competitive professionals capable of operating effectively in the digital reality, have been identified.
Intelligent data processing technologies as a basis for modeling digital avatars in the educational environment
(Kyiv Economic Scientific Journal, 2025-06-30) Bobro, Natalia; Бобро, Наталія Сергіївна
Objective. To substantiate the conceptual foundations for creating digital avatars in the educational environment based on intelligent data collection and processing technologies. Methods. Integration of sensor technologies, IoT, Big Data, machine learning algorithms, comparative analysis of physical and analytical modeling approaches. Results. It is shown that combining physical modeling and data analytics enables the development of flexible and adaptive digital avatars reflecting individual user behavior. Scientific novelty. The study proves that exclusively analytical models are insufficient and that integrated modeling provides a holistic behavioral simulation. Practical significance. The proposed approach can be applied in digital university ecosystems, distance learning platforms, and educational analytics research to enhance personalization and learning efficiency.
Axiological and institutional potential of digital avatars in the context of digitalization of higher education
(Pedagogical Academy: Scientific Notes, 2025-07-29) Бобро, Наталія Сергіївна; Bobro, Natalia
The aim of the article is to develop a conceptual model of a digital teacher avatar as a key element of a personalized learning environment in higher education in the context of digital transformation. Based on an interdisciplinary approach, the architecture, functionality, and axiological and institutional potential of digital avatars within the digital university ecosystem are investigated. The emphasis is on defining the role of the avatar as an autonomous participant in the educational process, capable of cognitive adaptation, emotional feedback, and modeling of pedagogical practices.
The methodological basis of the study is a combination of elements of systemic, structural-functional and interpretative analysis. Analytical reconstruction of technological solutions in the field of EdTech , content analysis of current international research, regulatory and legal analysis of copyright cases in the educational environment, as well as elements of a comparative approach to digital strategies of leading universities are used. A three-component model of a digital avatar is proposed, which combines sources of knowledge, service-analytical modules and blocks of user needs.
The results of the study showed that digital avatars are an effective tool for hyper-personalized learning, based on the integration of new generation NLP models, biometric feedback, emotional analytics systems and simulation visualization. The article identifies the advantages of using digital avatars in professional training, in particular in the context of engineering, medicine and law. The effectiveness of adaptive learning scenarios built on the analysis of students' cognitive models is demonstrated, as well as the possibility of democratizing access to leading educational practices. Special attention is paid to the risks associated with the "uncanny valley" effect, legal conflicts regarding copyright and ethical challenges of using autonomous digital agents in higher education.
The conclusions emphasize the need for further normative, ethical, and technological understanding of the implementation of digital avatars as a new type of digital presence in higher education. It is substantiated that digital avatars are capable of not only supporting the learning process, but also participating in the management of educational processes, transforming the architecture of interaction between all participants of the digital university.
Digital avatars as a driving force for the transformation of the global economic space
(Digital Есопоmу and Economic Security, 2025-05-26) Bobro, Natalia; Бобро, Наталія Сергіївна
The article examines the phenomenon of digital avatars as a powerful factor in the transformation of the global economic space in the context of the digitalization of society. The aim of the research is to identify the economic potential of digital avatars as a new type of intellectual asset capable of scaling educational, management, and commercial services. The relevance of the topic is deter-mined by the need to rethink the role of digital technologies in the formation of new markets and employment models.
