The primary strategies for mitigating potential threats in this area lie within the realm of national interests and require strategic oversight. Technological breakthroughs in the world’s most economically advanced countries underscore the need for a strategic reassessment of national economic policies to increase competitiveness and facilitate integration into global economic processes. In this context, safeguarding economic security involves building the country’s scientific and technological capacity by introducing innovations in key economic sectors and enhancing the training of highly skilled professionals who can drive technological progress. Investment in digital technologies is becoming a priority, contributing not only to economic growth but also to strengthening the resilience of the economic system to external risks, enabling it to adapt to global challenges and trends [1, p. 257].
