dc.descriptionThe article is about the approaches to modeling the system of financial support for the small enterprises development. A model for the efficiency of small business development is proposed, which simultaneously combines the private interests of small business owners and the interests of society. The components of this model are determined: production-economic, innovative, socio-economic ones. It is proved that the main criteria for choosing the mechanisms and instruments of financial support in the world practice are: the tax mechanism, the order and organization for business setting up and business dealings; the ratio of direct and indirect forms of financial assistance; financial providing depending on the stage of the life cycle; selection of priority areas of activity and special areas of support for budgetary financing, etc.
dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто питання щодо підходів до моделювання системи фінансового забезпечення розвитку малих підприємств. Запропоновано модель ефективності розвитку малих підприємств, яка одночасно поєднує приватні інтереси власників малого бізнесу та інтереси суспільства. Визначено складові цієї моделі: виробничо-економічна, інноваційна, соціально-економічна. Доведено, що основними критеріями при виборі механізмів та інструментів фінансової підтримки у світовій практиці є: податковий механізм, порядок та організація відкриття та ведення бізнесу; співвідношення прямих та непрямих форм фінансової допомоги; фінансове забезпечення залежно від етапу життєвого циклу; вибір пріоритетних напрямів діяльності та особливих сфер підтримки, які підлягають бюджетному фінансуванню тощо.
