Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано концептуальні засади ефективного використання потенціалу промислового підприємництва в умовах цифровізації. Уточнено сутність поняття «ефективне використання потенціалу» та запропоновано його авторське трактування як безперервного керованого процесу раціонального залучення, взаємоузгодження і трансформації ресурсів, можливостей, компетентностей та резервів. Визначено ключові ознаки ефективного використання потенціалу та розроблено концептуальний підхід, що охоплює діагностику, управлінський вплив, мобілізацію резервів, трансформацію, відтворення і нарощування потенціалу. Обґрунтовано три напрями трансформації: структури потенціалу, способів його використання та взаємозв’язків між складовими. Доведено наскрізний вплив цифрових трансформацій на всі етапи цього процесу та їх роль у переході потенціалу до нового якісного стану.

The article substantiates the conceptual foundations for the effective utilization of industrial entrepreneurship potential in the context of digitalization. The study’s relevance stems from the need to rethink traditional approaches to understanding entrepreneurial potential, as the mere existence of resources, opportunities, competencies, and reserves does not guarantee their full realization or the achievement of sustainable performance outcomes. The article justifies viewing the potential of industrial entrepreneurship as a dynamic system capable of adaptation, transformation, regeneration, and further expansion in response to changes in the internal and external environments. The essence of the category "effective use of industrial entrepreneurship potential" has been clarified, and an original interpretation is proposed, defining it as a continuous, managed process of rationally mobilizing, aligning, and transforming established resources, capabilities, and competencies, as well as identifying and leveraging reserves; this process aims to achieve economic, productiontechnological, innovation, and market outcomes while simultaneously ensuring the adaptation, reproduction, and expansion of potential in response to changes in the operating environment. The key characteristics of the effective use of industrial entrepreneurship potential have been identified, including effectiveness, rationality, completeness of realization, balance, adaptability, transformational capacity, reproducibility, and scalability. It is demonstrated that the effective use of potential should not be limited merely to the ratio of results achieved to resources expended; rather, it must also reflect the degree to which opportunities are realized, the level of internal reserve mobilization, the coherence of interactions among structural components, and the potential's capacity to transition to a qualitatively new state. A conceptual approach to the effective utilization of industrial entrepreneurship potential has been developed; it reflects the interrelationships among the initial state of the potential, its diagnosis, the formulation and implementation of management decisions, the mobilization of reserves, transformation, performance assessment, and subsequent reproduction and expansion. Three interconnected directions of transformation are substantiated: the transformation of the potential’s structure, the transformation of the methods of its utilization, and the transformation of the interrelationships between its individual components. Digital transformation is identified as a cross-cutting factor influencing all stages of the process of effectively utilizing potential. It has been established that digitalization enhances the speed and soundness of management decisions, optimizes business processes, boosts productivity and resource efficiency, fosters innovation, increases flexibility and adaptability, and improves the coordination of interactions among the structural components of potential. It is argued that digitalization should be viewed not merely as the creation of a distinct digital component, and as a systemic factor in the transformation of the productiontechnological, financial-economic, human resource, innovation, market-logistics, and resource-environmental components of the potential. The proposed conceptual approach allows the effective utilization of industrial entrepreneurship potential to be viewed as a continuous cyclical process, wherein achieved results form the basis for its further reproduction, expansion, and transition to a new qualitative state, thereby creating the prerequisites for enhancing the competitiveness, resilience, adaptability, and long-term development of manufacturing entrepreneurship in the context of digitalization.
