У статті розглядаються організаційно-методичні основи аналізу та контролю фінансового стану фірми, основні показники, що використовуються для цього, та їх особливості при дослідженні торговельного підприємства. Запропоновано загальну методику проведення контролю малого торговельного підприємства. Метою дослідження є визначення ефективних підходів до контролю фінансового стану торговельного підприємства з метою забезпечення
його стійкості та прибутковості.

The article discusses the organizational and methodological foundations of analyzing and controlling the financial condition of a company, the key indicators used for this purpose, and their peculiarities in studying a trading enterprise. A comprehensive methodology for conducting control in a small trading enterprise is proposed. The research aims to identify effective approaches to the financial control of a trading enterprise in order to ensure its stability and profitability.
The research has identified the fundamental principles and functions of financial control in the context of trading enterprises. The key elements of the financial control system have been revealed.
The peculiarities of the financial control system in a trading enterprise under the conditions of modern information technologies have been examined, and the regulatory framework that ensures financial control has been established. The organizational and informational model of enterprise analysis has been considered, and the indicators of the effectiveness of the financial control system have been determined.
The research results allow for an understanding of the importance of organizational and methodological foundations for controlling the financial state of a trading enterprise. The study has practical significance for the management of trading enterprises, finance professionals, and all stakeholders who aim to enhance the financial control of their businesses. The research findings can be used to develop and implement an effective financial control system that promotes stability, profitability, and the development of a trading enterprise.
