Анотація

The article examines the advantages and prospects of using blockchain technology in modern economic and organizational processes, considers risks and problems, in particular, in the context of the issue of trust in centralized and decentralized systems, the organization and administration of decentralized systems. The technical features and capabilities of modern blockchain systems are reviewed. The essence, context and prerequisites for the emergence of decentralized autonomous organizations as a phenomenon are investigated, the technical features and capabilities of decentralized systems are described. The concept of the Web3 network, the role of blockchain technology and decentralized autonomous organizations in the current and future development of the Internet are considered. The problems of the modern architecture of Internet platforms, the influence of large corporations on the field of information technologies, the development of technologies, as well as the issue of privacy and the use of user data for commercial purposes are considered. The issues of decentralized autonomous organizations, economic, technical and legal risks associated with corruption, development and design of decentralized systems, technical features of decentralized systems and information technologies, legal and regulatory practices are analyzed. The essence and technical principles of decentralized autonomous organizations are studied, as well as the prospects of technology and possible areas of application, the key differences between centralized and decentralized organizations are contrasted and analyzed. The main views on the use of blockchain technologies in the activities of the digital economy were analyzed, the current state and possibilities in the use of tools were investigated. The capabilities and role of decentralized systems are assessed in view of new methods of organization and dynamic development of the Internet environment, possible directions of development in the context of user interaction in the network are predicted.
