dc.descriptionThe article considers the directions of effective use of the resource potential of small forms of agricultural production. The ratio of sources of reproduction of reproduction resources and resource potential of small forms of agricultural production is substantiated. The priority factors of effective use of resource potential of small forms of agricultural production in Ukraine are determined. The specifics of reproduction of resource potential of small forms of agricultural production are proved. A comprehensive approach to assessing the efficiency of resource potential of small forms of agricultural production, based on the allocation of renewable capacity in its structure, which participates in its renewal and replenishment to achieve strategic development goals of small businesses. Features of formation of proportions of resources of small forms of agricultural production and their resource portfolio which differs in strategic character of formation on the basis of principles of sustainable development and provides construction of perspective of a resource tree are considered. Methodological bases of research of estimation of effective use and reproduction of resource potential of small forms of agricultural production are systematized. The analysis of sources of resources for reproduction of resource potential of small forms of agricultural production both at the national level and at the regional level is carried out. A methodical approach to assessing the efficiency of using the resource potential of small forms of agricultural production based on a system of indicators is proposed. It is proposed to diversify the sources of resources for the reproduction of the resource potential of small forms of agricultural production on the basis of financial support of synergy components of the production process with an active position of local governments with sufficient economic, financial, environmental, food and social security. The conceptual bases of reproduction of resource potential of small forms of agrarian production by formation of the innovative mechanism of providing with financial resources are proved.
dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються напрямки ефективного використання ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва. Обґрунтовано співвідношення джерел відтворення ресурсів відтворення та ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва. Визначено пріоритетні фактори ефективного використання ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва в Україні. Доведено специфіку відтворення ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва. Наведено комплексний підхід до оцінки ефективності ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва, заснованого на розподілі відновлюваної спроможності в його структурі, яка бере участь у його оновленні та поповненні для досягнення стратегічних цілей розвитку малого бізнесу. Розглянуті особливості формування пропорційності використання запасів малих форм аграрного виробництва та їх ресурсного портфеля, що відрізняється стратегічним характером формування на основі принципів сталого розвитку та обґрунтовується перспективною моделлю відтворення його джерел. Систематизовано методологічні основи дослідження ефективного використання та відтворення ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва. Проведено аналіз джерел ресурсів для відтворення ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва як на національному рівні, так і на регіональному рівні. Запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінки ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу малих форм аграрного виробництва на основі системи показників.
